Description:
This course is based on collected
Buddhist Sutras related to more subtle
concepts. New meditation techniques and
their purposes will be introduced in
every class, including Hindu meditation.
Upon completion of the course students
will have a thorough, complete
understanding of Buddhist Philosophy and
how to apply it to ordinary life. They
will receive certification by Triple Gem
of the North as Lay Buddhist Teachers.

The Four Sublime Realities
The Noble Eightfold Path
Dependent Origination (Cycle of
Existence)
Karma and rebirth
Evolution - According to Buddha
40 types of meditation techniques
Biographies of remarkable disciples
Historical Buddhist debates on Life and
Reality Requirement:
Venarable Sathi (Bhante Sathi) is a
Buddhist monk from Sri Lanka. He is from
Theravada tradition witch is introduced
by Buddha.
