In this four weeks- one-hour introductory program, you will be introduced to mindfulness techniques, What is mindfulness and how to practice mindfulness, and why this matters to you.
In this context mindfulness is defined as moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, characterized mainly by “acceptance” – attention to thoughts and feelings without judging whether they are right or wrong.

Mindfulness teaches you how to cultivate a different relationship between yourself and the things that challenge you in your life. Learn to rely completely upon your own inner resources for learning, growing and healing. This is a tool that can help you maximize your everyday life, even when facing stress, illness and pain.
