We all encounter stress in our lives. At times these stresses can prove to be beneficial for us while other times can be unbearable.

While we cannot completely control the stresses in our lives, we certainly can control how we respond to them.

This retreat will focus on mindful exercises that we can use to respond to stresses in a healthy manner.

We will also learn to understand stress so we can act appropriately when such stresses come into our lives.
