In this retreat, we will explore the practice of mindfulness meditation and use it as a tool to cultivate self-love. This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of themselves and develop a greater sense of self-compassion and kindness.
The retreat will offer a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore their inner landscape, and to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-love. Through meditation practices, teachings, and group discussions, we will learn how to cultivate self-love and compassion in our lives, and how to bring these qualities into our relationships with others.

About the Teachers:
Bhante Sathi is an experienced meditation teacher who has been teaching meditation for more than 25 years. He is currently the guided meditation teacher at both the Mindfulness Center and the Metta Meditation Center. Bhante has been practicing meditation for more than 35 years, which has given him a deep understanding of the practice and the benefits it can bring. Overall, Bhante Sathi is a respected and knowledgeable meditation teacher who has dedicated his life to sharing the practice of meditation with others. His years of experience and commitment to the practice make him an excellent guide for anyone looking to deepen their own meditation practice.
