Our meditation classes are designed to teach and practice mindfulness and insight meditation based on Buddhist teachings. The classes are a combination of meditation and teachings. The meditation classes are open to both beginners and advanced meditators. Our teachers lead meditation based on Buddhist techniques; all traditions are welcome.

Meditation is universal. Everyone benefits regardless of past or present tradition or culture. All are welcome to the meditation classes.

All our classes are based on donations. TGN operates on donations from regular participants.

If you are a newcomer to the meditation classes and plan to attend in person, please be there 15-20 minutes before the meditation begins.

This class is offered every other week during the school year. If you are new to this class, you are encouraged to check the calendar using the weekly view. This class is mainly focused on students and younger crowds. Simply bring your young heart and practice mindfulness and wisdom with this class. A suggested donation of $10 is always appreciated.
