We are now resuming in-person meditation for some classes! These classes will also continue to be on Zoom.
See schedule below including the Zoom links to each session.
Meditation is universal. Everyone benefits regardless of past or present tradition or culture. Our meditation classes are designed to teach and practice mindfulness and insight meditation based on Buddhist teachings. The classes are a combination of meditation and teachings and run about an hour long. All are welcome, from beginners to advanced meditators of any faith and tradition.
Our classes are based on donations. TGN is a non-profit organization that operates on donations from generous participants. A suggested donation of $10 is always appreciated.
If you are a newcomer and plan to attend in person, please arrive 15-20 minutes before the meditation begins. No registration is needed for in-person attendance.
