MINDFULNESS DISCUSSION GROUP
The Mindfulness Discussion Group is a small biweekly gathering dedicated to exploring how to live life more mindfully though shared dialogue. Group discussions focus on experiential wisdom gained through members’ reflections and experiences with an assigned topic. The topics, assigned two weeks ahead, are selected from the teachings of the Buddha or other mindfulness teachers. The group is co-led by mindfulness teachers, Bhante Sathi and Ralph Pamperin.
