The Mindfulness Discussion Group is a small biweekly gathering dedicated to exploring how to live life more mindfully through shared dialogue. Group discussions focus on experiential wisdom gained through members’ reflections and experiences with an assigned topic.  The topics, assigned two weeks ahead, are selected from the teachings of the Buddha or other mindfulness teachers.
