This is an open book club, meaning we select any book, but mostly draw on books that would bring wisdom via self reflection. We hold meetings at the Mindfulness Center at a time that works best for everyone’s schedule. We welcome all those who would like to join us.
The book club meets on Saturday afternoons at 3pm every 3 to 4 weeks. We typically read 30-50 pages of a book for each meeting. Below is a listing of past books we have read and discussed. If you are interested in joining the book club, or want more information, please contact Julie at [email protected].
